Gapang Beach in Sabang City, Aceh - Indonesia

For those who come to Sabang City, they must consider visiting several serene beaches including the one that resides in Iboih Village. The name is Gapang Beach and it is located near to Iboih Beach. In terms of territory, it belongs to Sukakarya Sub-District and becomes locals’ favorite destination to enjoy family recreation and lessening. Due to the close distance with its neighboring beach (which is only about 3 km), Gapang is included in a tour package along with Iboih Beach. Both of them even share similar characteristics and landscape!

The Nuance
As mentioned before, in terms of nuance, Gapang Beach is quite similar to its neighbor. It features beautiful white sand and sloping landscape. The texture if the sand is quite soft, as well. Next, several species of trees grow near to the beach and they provide a shady atmosphere to the location. Also, several traditional chairs reside under those trees.
